Stewarts Point

Stewarts Point is located in the North Central Coast region of California. This moderately sloping site consists of moderately uneven terrain, containing few cracks and folds. This site receives low visitation due to tricky access through Salt Point State Park.

Stewarts Point biodiversity survey overview

Stewarts Point is dominated by a mixture of consolidated bedrock, boulder fields, and cobble beach, and the area surrounding the site is comprised of a mixture of consolidated bedrock, boulder fields, and cobble beach. The primary coastal orientation of this site is south.

Stewarts Point biodiversity closeup

Biodiversity Surveys were done by University of California Santa Cruz in 2017. The Biodiversity Survey grid encompasses one section that is approximately 30 meters (along shore) x 60 meters (seaward).
